About Us

R-Tech‘s manufacturing operations are currently housed in a 55,000 square-feet facility at Daman, Near Vapi. Our manufacturing floor operates under the 5-S Philosophy. We are equipped with automation including de-gating machines, auto-loaders, etc. for repeatable processes.

We have varied sizes of horizontal and vertical injection moulding machines as well accessories to meet all our customers manufacturing demands. In addition we have experience in using various raw materials like PP, HDPE, LDPE, HDR, HIPS, PC, ABS, SAN, PC, ACRYLIC, GPPS, TPR, EVA, DELRIN, NYLON etc.

Our Manufacturing Practices

At R-Tech cleanliness is of utmost importance.As a consumer of the products we make, we are aware of the importance of a clean environment. Our plant is cleaned with disinfectant, at least two times a day. Our employees undergo a cleanliness training in order to ensure that the staff is well aware of the cleanliness & quality norms to be followed. Our plant area is separated using a PVC curtain to prevent entry of dust, insects & hot air. We also have rat traps and regular pest control to ensure a clean environment.

We have wide spaces for assembly of our products. Our Raw materials and Finished Goods Section is labelled, neatly stacked and placed on pallets. We keep registers and have an inventory management system, using which the material and finished goods coming inward and outward can be tracked. Our processes are tracked by a real-time monitoring system which records a wide range of process variables to help maintain the integrity of manufactured products. We also have a separate quality control area for inspection of materials before final packing and dispatch.

All safety norms are followed and a number of fire extinguishers are provided. The electrical room is separate from the rest of the machine area.  Any changes in the ground level is demarcated using a different color paint. Our machines are all well programmed, mould safety using photo sensors, ensures that the workers do not get hurt in any way.

We have cooling towers in place to maintain water temperature, RO Plants to safeguard mould health and regular chemical treatment of water to prevent scaling. We take pride in our mould quality so as to produce high quality products.  Machines are well lubricated and we perform regularly machine maintenance to ensure high performance.

A scrap disposal procedure is in place so as to ensure that no finished good which is defective or any packing material which is not as per required norms is disposed of without rendering it unusable. The scrap is not subsequently misused. All scrap is torn/ broken down before disposal.
